kurus dan sihat, chomel muda belia!


I hate when people say..


Nampak yat makin kurus la..
Awat kurus ni, tak makan ka..?
Keciknya, cam budak sekolah (yang ni aku suka, muda..hahah)
Paling sakit ati bila personal trainer aku kata, u nampak kurus sket. Dia tau aku sayang lemak..

Aku bebas dari tiroid kata Doktor. Tapi apa sebabnya?

Kalau anda ada jawapan yang hebat yang boleh mematahkan kata-kata ini,
sila beri komen bernas..


aku akan berusaha untuk makan dan TDO!

yat nk + lemak ek?hahaha...kalu dah makan banyak n tdo kuat pun x menjadi gak,nmpaknye ada satu je lagi cara yang terakhir n insyaallah cara ni berkesan....yat kena cepat2 la bina masjid,hehehe....jadi bini orang,selalunya yang kurus akan berisi sikit lpas kawin...yg dah berisi kalu x jaga body pas kawen 2 yang leh jadi gedempol,hahaha....

being fat/plump does not mean you are unhealthy and being thin does not mean you are healthy. what i am trying to say is that--BEING FIT is the most important thing. don't give a damn on what others say about you being thin, but make sure you are healthy! that's what life is for. not to be admitted in the ward all the time, but to enjoy every single second of it and be thankful for what Allah has offered you!

i'm fit..not a problem. Just want to look slim and normal.who knows u got different solution..nak jugak mempunyai body yang cantik. Tapi tanak la cam peyut mr monster..babat!

alo la...makan sop ari2..kurangkan makan sayur..banyak makan daging ayam goreng..pasti boroii cam paklah..hahaha...pastu nak kurus balik separa mamposs...semingu 40g ajer ble turun..itu pon kena berlari keliling stadium 4-5 round...sib baik stadium depan umah ajer...huhuhuhu
